We had an exciting time at Tuscany Heights Elementary this past week. First, we want to congratulate our Special Education Olympian Athletes who competed at the North East Special Olympics this past Friday. They made us all very proud that they are Tigers and leaders on our campus. In addition, we want to thank our Special Education teachers and assistants who work diligently with these wonderful students and made this competition a positive and rewarding event.
Congratulations to all our Reflection Winners for their excellent work in this year’s PTA Council competition. Tuscany students placing on the district level were: Ellie Waters-Intermediate Award of Merit for Photography, Anaya Patel-Intermediate Award of Merit for Film Production, and Sweny Mariedia-Intermediate Award of Merit for Literature. We are Tiger Proud!
A big thank you to the Johnson PALS, Johnson Cheerleaders, and the Reagan drum line for helping ‘synergize’ our students at the Tuscany Heights Student Awards program. They spoke from the heart about the importance of being a good citizen and leader in school and provided an exciting spirit of school pride for all our Tigers. Thank you PTA for organizing this wonderful way to celebrate our students’ successes!
