Don't forget that tomorrow is the last day for RSVPs! Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We need the count for seating, food, and appreciation items. Coffee will be served around 8:15 a.m. in the Library while student leaders share inspirational thank you notes from our T.H.E. students. All students will head to class for beginning of the day routine. Then, T.H.E.'s Student CIC leaders will escort allVets to the cafeteria to be seated on the stage. All Vet students will be asked to come forward and be seated on the stage steps. Students will introduce veterans; we will hear a special message from each grade level, and then a special guest will wrap up our program. We will serve Hash browns for Heroes in the library following the ceremony. We ask all veterans and their students to join us there for a final "thank you" gesture for all the service you have provided for our country to honor us!
There will be limited seating since all students will be present for this assembly and the number of RSVPs we have received. We will have a few seats along the perimeter of the cafeteria for close family of our vets. My apologize for the crowd but certianly admirable!
Again, please RSVP with the front office by Nov. 6th. Mrs. Jordan, [email protected] , will keep a list of all veterans in order for us to best prepare for food and gifts.
