Parents,
Given the horrific incident that occurred in CT on Friday, I have received many phone calls and emails regarding support and concerns about safety. Thank you for understanding that safety has always and will always be a priority for us. We adore your children! I am not sure you can ever truly be prepared for such a tragedy, but we have plans in place to protect our students given many possible critical incidents. We will do whatever we can to ensure their safety.
We continue to discuss and enforce our safety plan here at T.H.E. We are careful not to share our plan as we would never want anyone to breach our plans for safety.
Please know this tragedy weighs heavily on our hearts and minds as well. We will do everything we can to stress the importance of safety here at Tuscany Heights Elementary.
