We have been using a manual call out this year when notifying you of student absences, and this requires Ms. Lee, Data Processor/Attendance Clerk to enter each student into the system for the call out to occur. We will switch back to an automated call when your child is absent. The attendance system will automatically send a message to you if your child is absent. We wanted to make you aware of the recent switch so that you would not worry that something was wrong if you receive a absent message. As always, we understand absences, yet we hope you will help us met our 98% attendance goal each nine weeks.
