Parents,
We hope that you are enjoying every second with your children this summer! We are missing them but loving some time with our own children. However, the excitement always builds around this time to start planning and decorating our classrooms for our students. I already feel the energy from our staff as we kick off a new school year! We will have a sports related theme this year with all of our events, "We're on the same TEAM!" We are so glad you and your family are on our team.
Administration will be back in the office starting August 5th preparing for the teachers to return August 19th for training. Then, we look forward to Meet the Teacher! This year, we have the Meet the Teacher Nights scheduled as follows:
August 21st
3rd Grade 5:00pm
4th Grade 6:00pm
5th Grade 7:00pm
August 22nd
Kinder 5:00pm
1st Grade 6:00pm
2nd Grade 7:00pm
** Each event will begin in the cafeteria for a brief meeting to introduce grade level teachers and review curriculum information. Then, off to meet your personal teacher and then to the gym for T.H.E. and PTA needs.
If you know of any new families not registered, please let them know about these events for their children and we will begin registration on August 6th.

T.H.E. PTA Summer General Meeting, Friday, August 9, 10 AM: All PTA members are invited to our summer PTA meeting at Michelle Kaiman's house, 727 Sentry Hill (Canyon Springs Neighborhood). We will be discussing our plans for meet the teacher nights, new spirit items, and we will be voting on giving a donation to Bradley Middle School's Mill Springs Cabins. This living history exhibit was recently vandalized and is funded only through donations. Please read the news story regarding the incident and fundraising efforts. Welcome Back Online Registration Coming Soon! Our PTA website, tuscanyheightspta.org, is currently being updated and will be ready for the new school year and orders to be placed soon! An e-blast will be sent when the website is ready, so make sure and complete the online Welcome Back registration and order your new spirit items so they can be delivered on Meet the Teacher nights.
